Overview

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward. We offer refunds for eligible subscriptions within 14 days of the initial purchase date. Our goal is your satisfaction — if there's an issue, our support team will do everything possible to resolve it before processing a refund.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if you meet all of the following criteria:

  • The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • The request is for your first charge on the subscription (not renewals)
  • Your account has not violated our Terms and Conditions
  • The plan is a paid subscription (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise)
⚠️ Annual plan renewals and monthly plan renewals are not eligible for refunds. Only initial purchases qualify within the 14-day window.

Proof of Purchase

To process your refund request, you'll need to provide:

  • A valid transaction ID or receipt number from your purchase confirmation email
  • The email address associated with your CollabSpace account
  • A brief reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated — it helps us improve)

Prorated Refunds

For annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term and outside the 14-day window, we may issue a prorated credit at our sole discretion based on the unused portion of the plan. This credit will be applied to your account and can be used for future subscriptions.

ℹ️ Prorated refunds to the original payment method are not available after the 14-day window has closed. Account credits may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to submit a refund request:

  1. Log in to your CollabSpace account and go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Request Refund" under your active subscription
  3. Fill out the refund request form with your transaction ID and reason
  4. Submit the form — our support team will respond within 24 hours

Processing Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • Approval confirmation sent within 24–48 hours of your request
  • Refund initiated to your original payment method within 2 business days
  • Funds visible in your account within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The 14-day eligibility window has passed
  • The account was terminated due to a Terms of Service violation
  • The subscription was purchased as part of a promotional or discounted bundle
  • Add-on purchases or one-time feature unlocks
