You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. User-generated content remains your property; however, by posting it, you grant us a limited, royalty-free license to display it within the platform.
Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes via email or platform notifications.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamperline.us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cheyenne, Wyoming.
